Nick met me where I was and consistently and unwaveringly coached me. Not only did I get unbelievably strong, but I was never once injured from the work we did. Nick modified my nutrition and built a meal plan for me, and that’s when I really started to cut fat, my stomach was flat and abs appeared. When Covid sidelined us, Nick never left my side. He continued to modify my meal plan and workouts to allow me to continue on my strength journey. I was never athletic growing up,I was terrified to start and it took 2 months for me to finally reach out. All that fear turned into relief immediately, Coach walked me through step by step, he kept me honest with my goals and continued to challenge me as I started to develop. He got me my first pull up, taught me how to deadlift and feel my hamstrings (not my low back). Now i’m getting ready for my first half marathon.
